I am a qualified counselling psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

 

I provide psychological counselling to individuals using a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy). I also offer psychologically-informed consultancy to organisations and clinical supervision to mental health professionals. Please explore the services page to find out more about what I offer.
